Please read our service terms and booking policies carefully

1. Booking & Reservation

  • A reservation is confirmed once a deposit (as agreed during confirmation) is received by PT Mogana Komodo Fantastico Jaya.
  • Full payment must be settled prior to the departure date according to the payment schedule specified in your invoice.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Client Cancellations: Deposits or payments made may be non-refundable depending on the notice period and boat charter policies. Detailed terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
  • Force Majeure & Weather Delays: Sailings are subject to sea and weather conditions. If the Port Authority (KSOP) revokes sailing permits due to bad weather or natural conditions, we reserve the right to alter the itinerary or reschedule for safety reasons.

3. Travel Insurance & Liability

  • Guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings before traveling to Labuan Bajo.
  • Komodo Fantastico is not liable for personal injuries, loss of personal property, or flight delays beyond our reasonable control.

4. Park Regulations & Safety

  • Guests must strictly follow safety instructions given by our boat captains, tour guides, and official Komodo National Park rangers.
  • Littering, damaging coral reefs, feeding wildlife, or disturbing natural habitats is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
